Day 94 Mon Oct
14 Zoe Can’t Stop Talkin
APPEAR AND
DISAPPEAR
RIGHT BEFORE
YOUR VERY EYES
Ok
and thank all the contents of all the heavens. The bauble show is over, my moms
are back home with me. My herdin anxiety is subsidin. I no longer have to be medicated
for excessive worryin. The pack is back.
I
dint realize how unglued I had become until last night when it all came to a
head. I think it had somethin to do with bein thrown into that miasma a
poodles, tibetans and the black
and white terriers also known as the magnets ( on accounta they is permanently attached
at the hip ). Them dogs all think they need to show me who’s boss! And that
scares me!
The
people think we look so cute all runnin around chasin each other, but I dont
think it’s cute, I find it highly irritatin and nerve rackin.
The
moms all laughed and ate at a big table all decorated with good smellin
morsels, of which I did manage to be the recipient. So that part was good...
And there was a visit by a real cool lookin
prayin mantis, that Mischa took as a good omen!
That
was one a many good omens she thought she got yesterday. The lady at the wine
store said Mischa was gonna get some good luck on accounta her change came from
all the different compartments in the cash register. We dint really understand
how luck figured in, but the clerk seemed sure, so we’re gonna go with it.
Also
Mischa left her lucky lucky lucky bracelet with her sister alice on accounta it
seemed like alice needed it right now. So it was lurkin in the back a Mischa’s
head, about needin to find herself some more luck somewheres.
Anyways
what I really wanted to talk about was this:
Some
mighty interestin things happened yesterday
and
Mischa said this is why we go to the bauble shows.
A
lady came by who said she wanted to get gifts for each a her four sisters. So we got to talkin while
we were pickin em out, and she tells us her mom she got kilt in a car crash a
few days ago! Her mom was 86, livin alone, lookin and feelin tip top. The night
before she passed she said she dint sleep too good cause johnny, who was her
husband, and who had been on the other side for 13 years, pushed her outta bed!
Her daughter asked her if it was a dream, and the mom said “no it was more
vivid than a dream.”
Everybody
did some cheek squirtin right then but all agreed, the old gal was on a reunion
mission. Re-unions is good.
Then
about an hour later a lady came by sweet as pie, and she picked out two baubles. She leaned over the counter
and pointed at the pink one Mischa was wrappin up, and said, that one’s for my
little angel. We all looked at her with the question mark on our forehead. She
said her son’s birthday was today and he left earth last year on his birthday he was 17.
The pink stone was for him, her angel. She was smilin and smilin when she said
this. Mischa’s cheeks was gettin to be like the water slide at the park. But
the lady wasn’t sad one iota.
Then
we all got to talkin about how people and dogs all slip in and outta this place
every moment of every day. Still we brace ourselves for it like it’s somethin
to be afraid of. Today we are thinkin, not so much. These ladies came by to
report to us for a reason. They’s our angels today.
Last
year when ole B got sick, Mischa says it was the virgin a guacamole or
guadalupe, somethin like that, who was her angel. Cause everywhere we went that
ole virgin was showin up. And in the end ole B came back better that she ever
were.
I
never really slipped too close to the other side, but I sure have witnessed
lots a people doin it. Like when Mischa’s went over, we was all sittin right
next to him, and he had a great big smile dancin straight acorsst his lips. Even
his ole moustache was twinklin that mornin.
Anyways.
Speakin a twinklin, I see the sun’s up and a feel like a nice repast and a walk
are in order, so....Later!
